TITAN offers a supplemental life and health plan through the Symetra Life Insurance company.  The Symetra  plan offers:

• Attractive, moderate group plan pricing, with employer funding assistance.

• No medical questions or underwriting during initial open enrollment period.

• No pre-existing conditions exclusions.

• No additional premium charge to cover eligible dependents.

• No provider network restrictions.  Utilize any legitimate care-giver of your choice.

• Fully insured program through A-Rated provider.

• No deductibles on any medical plan components.

• No coordination of benefits clause.  Will pay over and above other coverages you may have.

• Medical Insurance (depending on the state)
  
  TITAN offers a comprehensive medical coverage to all employees with a Classic POS plan from Health Assurance. Premium payments shared between employees and TITAN.  All medical employee contributions are made through pre-taxed payroll deductions.
  
• Optical Insurance Coverage (depending on the state)
  
  With the ever increasing cost of eye care, TITAN has negotiated a partnership Highmark Blue Cross to provide optical medial insurance coverage. The insurance package name is the Blue Cross Opti-Choice for vision care. For a very low employee contribution, employees are able to receive the benefit of eye exams paid in full and in many cases free glasses and contacts.
  
• Dental Insurance Coverage (depending on the state)
  
  TITAN has also partnered with United Concordia, a Highmark Blue Cross affiliate to provide dental insurance coverage to their employees. The name of the plan we offer is the Concordia Preferred Plan. This plan covers preventative maintenance as well as major dental services.
  
• Direct Deposit
  
  TITAN offers all contract personnel the option to have their weekly pay deposited into any bank account with direct deposit.
  
• Free Checking
  
  Through TITAN's partnership with Citizens Bank, we are able to provide all of our contract employees with a free checking account.

• 401k

TITAN offers a Safe Harbor 401K plan to all eligible employees.  Please contact your TITAN representative to discuss the details of the plan.
