The Director is responsible for supporting the retail store managers in their day-to-day operation by overseeing the maintenance of all facility locations. Oversee all major retail division operational contracts, including the bidding process and the securing of new contracts. Manage and develop all aspects of retail real estate including future development and current leases and is responsible for financial budging and reconciliation. Provide leadership and direction to staff; develop and implement polices and procedures to promote and maintain safety. Ensure positive application of organizational policies and procedures by all staff. Build appropriate relationships with staff and members of management; understands the benefit of working together as a team and able to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and management. Travel locally, regionally, statewide and nationally in the performance of position duties and responsibilities. Supervisory experience preferred.
Skills / Requirements
Education: Bachelors degree in Business, Management, Project Management or related field
Experience: 5-7 years related work experience
Will accept at least 10 years of related work experience in lieu of degree
Travel is required
