We have an immediate opening for a regional sales representative focusing on selling directly to research facilities within an assigned territory. Your challenge will be to accelerate our already-rapid growth by identifying our most promising revenue opportunities and to convert them to profitable relationships. Your work will be primarily via phone and internet, but the position entails approx. 20-30% travel to customer sites and trade shows.
Skills / Requirements
• 2+ years as a quota carrying salesperson in a B2B sales environment
• 4 year college degree
• A demonstrated ability to execute winning sales strategies, and identify the right deals and close them
• Knowledge of cardiac, pulmonary and circulatory system anatomy and physiology are all highly desirable.
• Experience with a Customer Relationship Management database is highly preferred.
• Must be proficient in Microsoft™ Outlook, Word, Excel and Internet Explorer.
