We are laterally hired by companies to find the most energetic professionals to represent their top brands at exciting events around the country. We are currently seeking 2 Field Managers to represent our client; a leader in the healthcare insurance industry to go on a year long mobile tour. This tour will be kicking off January 1st, 2010 and tour throughout the Central/Western Pennsylvania region.

Our Field Managers will assist with all aspects of mobile tour and responsible for mobile logistics and day to day operation of tour, to include: set up and tear down of footprint, maintaining daily communication with GMR account team, complete daily recaps, manage inventory and confirm routing schedule to ensure on time arrival to each location.

In addition, our Field Managers will be interacting with the greater public- educating and conducting open enrollment sessions on behalf of our client. Our Field Managers must be a team players and able to work alongside client personnel during each event date.

Who are we looking for?
• We are seeking two intelligent, dedicated, self starting professionals who are interested in a professional career with a little twist! Candidates must reside in the Western or Central Pennsylvania area. And have proven interpersonal communication skills. Experience in the following industries strongly desired: insurance, sales, healthcare, customer service/retail.

What are the requirements?
• All candidates MUST be available to travel 25% of the time (Monday-Friday) and have flexible schedules (with the ability to put in over eight hour work days if necessary). Prior to start date Managers must complete our clients licensing programming (classes and certification training provided). And all candidates must have interest and passion for sales and customer interaction.
