Job: Part-time evening credit counselor starting at $12/hr

As a Credit Counselor at our Consumer Loan Center, you will be part of American’s largest business process outsourcing provider of consumer lending services, located in the Strip District.

Your position will combine autonomy and strong support as you use your experience to help retail and business PNC customers with past-due accounts. Each week will follow a predictable rhythm which can accommodate a full-time or part-time schedule. Every day you’ll draw upon your maturity and diplomacy to determine the reason payments were missed, help explore credit management opportunities, and help customers make payment arrangements. All the while, you will work in a team setting with others doing the same work.

Part-time shifts:
5 pm - 9 pm, Mon- Thur plus a Sat or Sun afternoon
9 am - 2 pm Mon- Thur plus a Sat or Sun afternoon

One year of customer service experience ▪ Computer & Communication skills ▪ Collections experience a plus ▪ Solid work history
