Job: Automotive Technicians, Welders and Machine Operator

The Callos Companies is currently working with a leading manufacturer of torque converters and transmission hard parts. We are currently recruiting to hire automotive technicians, welders and machine operators for our new transmission assembly plant located in McKee’s Rocks.

Candidates must have strong work history, pass a background check and drug screen.

Pay will start at 10hr, temp to hire opportunity. 2nd shift

Key Responsibilities

Works within assembly line operation, performing job tasks to the established procedures, time frame and at the highest quality levels.
Maintain a clean and well organized work station.
Must understand, comply and be a role model for work compliance within the plant.
Assist in general housekeeping functions
Be willing and capable of executing, over a period of time all other assembly line and floor operations.
Assist in the training of other Assemblers.
Perform all other duties as assigned.
Work with and assist others without conflict
Proper use, care and maintenance of tooling
Demonstrate good organizational skills
Take and follow directions
