Job: Assistant to Project Coordinator

Support role as an assistant to the Project Coordinator in the Tool and Development Department
plus other Sales Assistants, Company Departments, and Vendors

Location : Robinson Township Area

1.) Assist Project Coordinator to gather all details when a new development project is started.
2.) Accurate computer data entry
3.) Ensure detailed and accurate records are kept on each project in compliance /ISO
4.) Assist with new vendor set up
5.) Assist in verifying customer pricing/quote, vendor quote, drawing approvals , quality data
6.) Enter purchase orders for tooling and custom molds as needed
7.) Meeting Customers packaging needs
8.) Providing follow-up to ensure customer satisfaction
9.) Answering and responding to numerous telephone calls, emails, and faxes
10.)Main Switch Board duties

High school diploma or equivalent
Prior experience in Customer Service setting (2-3 years preferred)
Ability to handle inbound calls, make outbound calls, assist Project Coordinator, Sales Reps, prioritize work, and multi-task
Must be computer proficient - a complex in-house system (ProSource) ability to learn quickly
ISO background is preferred!
Microsoft experience in Outlook, Excel and Word
Friendly personality and excellent interpersonal skills a must!
