Job: QA Appraisal Reviewer

iMortgage Services, a leading national appraisal and title management company, has openings for full-time appraisal reviewers. As a Quality Assurance Reviewer, your primary focus will be to review Broker Price Opinions and Real Estate Appraisals, ensuring that a top-quality product is being delivered to the client in a timely fashion. The main areas of focus will be concentrated on ensuring that vendors are completing the full scope of an assignment, catching FNMA guideline violations in appraisal work and assuring that all other required documents/exhibits are provided with the final product (including photos, location maps, sketches, etc). Strong focus will be placed on communication skills between departments within iMS, as well as with both the vendor partners and clients. An ability to notice trends, and proactively initiate solutions, is strongly emphasized and encouraged.
