Job: Payroll Administrator

Description: An exciting opportunity for the right individual with experience as a Payroll Administrator to join the team of payroll and human resources professionals.


Duties:

Process the biweekly payroll for 1500 employees
Research paycheck and miscellaneous payroll discrepancies
Assume full responsibility for processing all payroll adjustments.
Ensure that all Federal, State, and local tax requirement are met.
Play a key role in year-end auditing and W-2 distribution.
Accountability for corporate audits.


Qualifications:

Five years demonstrated experience with ADP Payroll Systems and/or Oracle Payroll System.
Working knowledge of HR profile
Working Knowledge of Reportsmith
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Excellent computer skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Strong mathematical and analytical skills.
Excellent customer service and follow-through.
