Jobing Description
Our client is seeking an individual with title industry experience to join their team. Duties include clearing titles, scheduling and coordinating closings, HUD and title commitment document preparation and policy issuance. You will communicate with borrowers and real estate professionals, as well as maintaining strong business relationships. Hours are 8:30-5:00. Great fringe benefit package provided! Small office with a cohesive warm working environment.
Skills / Requirements
Title industry experience. Multi-state experience a plus. Good computer skills. Must have excellent communication skills.
