Job: LPN/Assistant Director of Resident Care

IntegraCare, manager of Assisted Living, Independent Living & Memory Care communities, is looking for a passionate and dedicated individual to assist the Director of Resident Care in the day-to-day management of the department at one of our premier communities, The Pines of Mt. Lebanon.

Duties include: provision of hands-on care, assessment of Residents’ needs, assist with admissions & discharges, assist with staffing and overall accountability for regulations compliance. Responsible for the direction and supervision of all resident care employees.

Qualifications include: graduate of an accredited school of nursing, current nursing license for PA required, and CPR certification required. Two or more years of experience in the long-term care industry is required, preferably in a managerial capacity.
