Coordinators needed for financial / mortgage industry
Account Executive - Responsible for creating title reports, contacting abstractors from all 50 states, if any information is missing, typing the reports, examining them for accuracy and transmitting them to the banking institute issuing the mortgage for the purpose of issuing title insurance. Also responsible for team lead position, in lieu of absence of regular team leader; duties included directing employees to meet their daily production goals. Title Searcher/Vendor Relations - Search title properties for current deed, mortgages, judgments, and liens. Provide updates for all department searches before company can produce the loan. Scan and email searches to appropriate processing departments. Assign orders for department employees based on their designated searching area. Perform a query to account for all jobs assigned to our department, this includes keeping copies and files of completed and scanned searches. Act as a liason between field abstractors and the company. Title Clearance Agent - Preparation of title commitments for upcoming mortgage closings. Examination of documents as well as contacting lawyers and mortgage companies in order to investigate mortgages and liens on various borrower?s title commitments. Obtained payoffs, subordinations, and releases for mortgages and liens on title commitments. Responsible for all mortgages and liens cleared from title commitments and therefore had to make sure that items are able to be cleared without any legal repercussions. Title Reviewer - Review and type abstractor notes to form a Title report ordered as instructed by lenders and banks to show the history of the borrowers in order to refinance or purchase a home. Title Clearance - Reviewing title reports for advanced notice on any issues that would need addressed prior to clearing title to close the loan. Place calls to banks and lenders for payoff information on loans and various tax offices to confirm property tax information. Help customer with any revisions needed on the completed reports. Vendor Coordinator - Assign orders received from lenders to vendor partners listed in the vendor data base according to state and counties they cover. Monitor daily Work-in Progress reports with the vendors to confirm order status and estimated date of arrival of completed report, handle no-find orders with customer being contacted if problems arise, work through problems with vendor fees and overdue payments per their invoices and recruit and hire new vendors confirming compliance with all licensing and certification requirements for each state, updated existing county coverage for future orders. Provide detailed vendor counseling to ensure compliance with company standards if needed. Called lenders for final mortgage payoff amounts of borrower mortgages listed per title report and as needed per the lender instructions. Assisted the Appraisal and Quality Control departments in monitoring the work in progress for turn time of completed reports. Foreclosure Appraisal Coordinator - Assign appraisal orders and monitor daily Work-in-Progress report in contacting appraisers and clients for status updates. Handle incoming calls from the clients and homeowners on a daily basis. Recruit new appraisers and BPO brokers confirming certification requirements. Solves issues the appraisers may have in accessing or concerning a given property. Educating on reviewing appraiser?s reports. Shipped out hard copies of the appraisal report to the clients as needed using FedEx. Human Resources - Review HR reports for acuracy, assist in recruiting - including scheduling, testing, background reports and interviewing for corporate office.
