Job: PURCHASING ASSISTANT

Our client, a major distributor, has an immediate need for an analytical research oriented individual to be a part of the purchasing/procurement team. Duties includes researching product and supply costs to support the sales department during the quoting process. Analyze and prepare presentation materials, develop strong relationships with suppliers and source new suppliers and products. Comprehensive benefit package offered, including bonus plan!

A college degree in a business or related field is preferred with purchasing, sourcing or sales support experience. Must be detail oriented with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
