Growing division is seeking a bi-lingual Customer Service Representative to service customers and their business needs.
The incumbent will provide sales support and will administer the ordering process including sourcing, quoting of price and availability, data input, expediting delivery, problem resolution and follow-up with customers. Two years experience in Customer Service in an Industrial or Sales setting
High School Diploma/GED Fluent in Spanish Purchase order entry experience is required Strong communication skills are a must Must be able to multi-task and be detail-oriented Computer proficiency is required Prior experience dealing with retail or wholesale customers is preferred Ability to handle inbound calls, process purchase orders, resolve customer problems, and assist Sales Reps Polite and courteous phone presence is essential The desire to work in a customer focused call center environment as part of a team is essential |
