Jobing Description
Company looking for a recruiter to work in a very fast paced environment. Position requires extreme attention to detail, ability to multi-task and willingness to work in a team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities include:
Recruit, screen, test, conduct reference checks, and background verifications
Post jobs with recruiters and on job boards weekly, track postings
Administer work behavior surveys and email results to hiring managers
Extensive phone communication with candidates, recruiters and managers
Steady data entry into applicant flow logs
Schedule phone interview and pre-employment testing for qualified candidates
Manage conflicting schedules to promptly process candidates for testing
Maintain applicant flow database
Prepare internal and external communications via email and outgoing letters
Provide administrative support for the HR Manager
Involved with Affirmative Action data review to prepare AAP

Skills / Requirements
Bachelors degree in Human Resources or a related field required

Prior experience in Corporate recruiting with an average of 10 open positions at a time preferred

Ability to balance sensitivity to people and their problems with business needs and goals fairly and consistently

Superb Interpersonal and communication (verbal and written) skills are required

Excellent computer proficiency is essential

Must have Affirmative Action exposure
