Jobing Description
Customer Account Representative

We are seeking service-oriented individuals to handle all aspects of customer service.

Specific functions include:
* Entering new orders received by phone, fax, and email.
* Responsible for tracking daily workflow
* Answering questions regarding account status.
* Maintaining strong relationships.

Requirements:
* Strong verbal and written communication skills
* Ability to analyze and solve problems
* Well organized
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word - Excel)
* Positive attitude and team player
* Call Center Experience required

Hours: Flexible between 8:00 AM - 8:00 PM
