Jobing Description
Cost management company in Pittsburgh is seeking a software support analyst to work in their downtown office. This position is responsible for providing customer support, administering customer support cases, monitoring application data and supporting customer training.

Skills / Requirements
Experience in one or more of the following preferred: Software testing and QA, technical writing, data analysis, technical help desk or software support. Must possess excellent written and oral communications skills, be able to run database queries, and understand supply chain execution. Bachelors Degree required. Must be detailed oriented with a strong technical aptitude. Must have strong skills with MS Office, be able to learn new software applications, and have the ability to multi-task and prioritize assignments.
