Job: Family Preservation / Reunification Case Manager

Family Preservation / Reunification Services provides help to families in which the children have been, or are at risk of being the victims of neglect or abuse. The program employs intensive in-home counseling and support services, linking families to appropriate community resources to reduce the risk of out-of-home placement of children. The program also prepares families who are anticipating the return of their child or children from an out-of-home placement, to enable the successful return of their child and prevent additional out-of-home placements.

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in human services area.
One to three years working with children and teens preferred.
One to three years working with families or counseling experience
preferred.
One year of case management experience preferred.
Must have audio/visual/verbal activity to provide supervision for the
clients and to perform essential job functions.
Must have physical dexterity in order to assist in client physical
when necessary.
Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
A valid driver’s license is required.
Must be able to adapt hours to needs of position. May need to work evenings and/or weekend hours regularly, including providing on-call emergency services on a rotating basis.
Must be eligible for Act 33/34 and FBI clearances.
Must be able to identify with the agency Mission Statement and
