Job: Customer Care Associate

Utility company located in Wilkinsburg needs a high level customer service rep. to provide excellent response to inquiries, requests, or customer related issues and explain company policies and procedures, as well as state mandated terms and conditions.

Previous customer service experience in a call center environment. Excellent communication skills a must. Ability to understand and apply new concepts and to analyze information and evaluate results. Ability to deal with complex customer issues. Ability to handle angry and upset customers with tact and diplomacy. Proficient keyboarding/data entry skills a must. Multi-line phone skills.
