Job: Fashion & Cosmetic Marketing Firm Seeking Junior Marketing Apprentices

ESI. is a rapidly growing promotional advertising and marketing firm geared towards increasing revenue for our powerhouse clients. We've added a huge new jewelry, fashion and cosmetic client to our already established portfolio, and need to find 10 reps immediately to train through all facets of entry level marketing through management. Our new clientele consists of well known high end fashion and cosmetic names.


We conduct all the sales, marketing and promotions for these clients while ultimately focusing on increasing their traffic flow and bottom-line sales. (No Telemarketing, No Graphic Design) This is a challenging position within a fast-paced environment that moves as quickly as you want to go. The perfect candidate would be a recent college graduate (or someone seeking a fresh start) looking to work hard at establishing a career in marketing and potentially working upwards to a directors position. For one to achieve success with our company, they will need to be able to teach, train, and motivate others by example. We promote entirely from within and 100% dependent on performance, rather than seniority. Both advancement and pay will be based on performance. All candidates will be cross-trained through entry level marketing, sales, customer service, public relations, and campaign management.
