As a Client Service Representative you will play an integral role in trouble shooting technical issues, reconciling billing inquiries, and facilitating the resolution of general support questions with the highest degree of courtesy and professionalism. The ideal candidate will be detailed-oriented, have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and have excellent reading, verbal, and writing skills.
Job duties: - Learns and maintains a thorough working knowledge of departmental policies and procedures - Accurately and efficiently assesses and evaluates user inquiries - Uses interpersonal communication skills to effectively communicate via telephone - Works efficiently in order to meet daily goals - Customer Service oriented with a patient and pleasant phone personality - Enthusiastic attitude with a desire to help existing clients.

This is a full-time position with Excellent Benefits in 90 days. Paid training is provided with opportunity for advancement.
We are looking for a flexible work schedule. You will need to be flexible between the hours of 8:00 AM and 11:00 PM – Also, be able to work one weekend day a weekend after training is completed. Pay Rate: $11.00-$12.00/hr to start. EEOC
