Title Clearing Agent

Candidate will be responsible for assisting in the collection of mortgage payoffs and the satisfaction of mortgages and/or liens for Settlement and Non-Settlement files. Candidate is responsible for researching and collecting information by direct contact with customers and/or proper agencies gathering documentation ensuring that proper payoffs were made and satisfaction of mortgages and liens are provided.

The candidate will have close contact with local and state agencies gathering all necessary documentation. They will work directly with the settlement agents, providing all of the necessary documentation.
