Job: Business Analyst

As a Business Analyst within the PNC Operations team, you will be part of a successful and growing organization.  You will be based at our Consumer Loan Center on Liberty Avenue in the Strip District, where you will work in a team oriented atmosphere.  We're committed to creating a work environment where everyone has the opportunity to thrive and succeed.  

The Business Analyst performs user functional analysis, development, testing and reporting utilizing Corporate application systems projects and technology improvements for various Lines of Business within PNC Bank. The Business Analyst works to continuously improve service levels and efficiencies in the delivery of PNC Bank products and services to customers. The number one priority is to establish and maintain the highest level of customer satisfaction in all activities.

Monday - Friday 6:30 am - 3:30 pm

The successful candidate will have the following qualifications:

Midlevel Microsoft Excel, and Access skills are necessary to fulfill job responsibilities
Bachelor's degree preferred with 2-4 years of applicable experience
Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills
Ability to interact with all levels of management
Ability to work independently mid-level PC and mainframe software skills
Must have proven project planning, problem solving, time management and decision making skills
