Jobing Description
Responsibilities: Consultant and Client Care Call Center Coordinator is responsible for the proactive maintenance and handling of consultant issues.

- Build, foster, & maintain contractor relationships via incoming calls and e-mails.
- Manage and monitor over flow calls from clients and contractors for on-site programs .
- Ensure maximum communication and service levels to the contractors, clients, vendors and affiliate divisions.
- Review calls ratios.
- Maintain program statistics and distribute metrics reports on weekly, monthly basis.
- Work closely with business units, and Operations to ensure call and issue resolution delivery.
- Escalate a problem that could affect the long term relationship with the contractor and clients.
- Historical data on the account
- Must have the ability to work as a team member and be willing to provide backup/assistance to other support members in the team.

Basic requirements: solid phone skills, organization skills, the ability to multi-task, attention to detail, and professionalism. Strong computer skills and proficiency in, MS Office (Word, Excel, a must.
