Do you have strong customer service skills? Do you have bank teller/cashier experience? Then, put these skills to work in a fast-paced environment for a leading Transportation company!
You'll help drivers prepare for their routes by providing supplies and equipment for each shift, and handling customer calls and issues. Responsibilities include: working with customers to ensure paperwork is completed as necessary, communicating and answering client questions, taking payments, processing payments, and various general administrative duties. Skills: * Strong money handling and math skills * 24/7 availability—company is open all hours year round; shifts will rotate * Strong customer service skills (will be handling disgruntled customers about late cabs, etc) * Able to work in a fast-paced environment (very busy during shift change—people coming in and out) MUST BE AVAILABLE ALL SHIFTS WHICH WILL ROTATE. This position is Temp-to-Hire. Skills / Requirements
