Job: Foster Care Coordinator

This position is responsible for the overall management of the day to day operations of the foster care services for agency serving at risk children. This includes the planning, developing, managing and evaluating services including direct care staff.

Education/Knowledge Requirements:

Master's Degree in Human Services with minimum 5 years experience in filed. Experience working with special needs/at-risk children and families. Past supervisory experience preferred. Basic computer knowledge required. Strong organizational, problem solving, interpersonal relationship and communication skills necessary.

Licensure/Certification:

Clearances Required: Act 33 & Act 34 Clearances, FBI Clearance & Act 80 Requirements, good driving record, valid driver's license, reliable vehicle and proof of insurance per policy.
